Joan Wiley is a fiction writer living a mild mannered life with a wild imagination in the western United States. Her writing often twists toward the macabre, has a flair for the fanciful and a propensity to inspire others.
Joan spent her childhood as the oddball military brat, where the turmoil of change and adjustment were constant. She lived in Europe, Africa and all across North America.
These days, Joan lives for writing, painting, fishing, traveling, dogs/cats, sci-fi/fantasy/horror books and movies, playing Texas Hold’em, co-piloting her husband’s motorcycle, and contemplating the secrets of the universe.
In 2019, Joan collaborated on a short story and poetry anthology entitled Villainous Minds.
