SHIVERS (a poem)

Hello friends,

Wishing you a happy Monday and a glorious start to your week! A short poem to inspire your thoughts. What is it about that special someone in your life that thrills you? Is it their eyes, smile, or the sound of their voice.

SHIVERS

Etched crystalline, blue

eyes, holding mine true,

secreting shivers, through

my mind, melting rivers,

down my spine, drinking

you in, rich amarone wine,

exhilarating tingles, beneath

my skin, trembling fingers

and quivering breaths, senses

conspire, connect and rewire,

habiting the desire, for

making you mine.
